On the morning of the third day, an Enthronemet Ceremony was held to bestow the prestigious title of "Knight of the Vine of Japan" upon 31 esteemed members of the International Federation of Wine Brotherhoods (F.I.C.B.). In the afternoon, the delegation joined the "All-Japan Wine Tasting Tour," an exceptional tasting event featuring over 60 wineries from across the country, where our guests engaged in passionate and vibrant exchanges with local winemakers and Japanese wine enthusiasts. As evening fell, the venue shifted to a premium conveyor-belt sushi (Kaiten-Sushi) restaurant in Odaiba. There, against the breathtaking backdrop of the Tokyo Bay nightscape, guests thoroughly enjoyed a casual yet magnificent marriage of exquisite sushi and finely selected Japanese wines.
