JAPAN WINE DISCOVERYTOUR 2026 is an event limited to F.I.C.B. members!
The main program will be held in Tokyo and Yamanashi,
from May 18 to May 22, 2026
followed by the extension program in Nagano,
from May 22 to May 24, 2026
Known for its sushi and tempura, the center of Japanese food culture is now Tokyo. With 12 three-star Michelin restaurants and 33 two-star restaurants (2024 edition), Tokyo is not only a city of fine dining, but also a city of dining out where the quality and cost performance of all restaurants is the best in the world, supporting the fast development of wine culture. Wine Discovery Tokyo will focus on pairing wines with Japanese cuisine unique to Japan, allowing visitors to experience a culinary culture that has continued since the Edo period, 400 years ago. In addition, the Nagano extension is planning a city-wide event in which participants will stay in Matsumoto City and experience Nagano's local food and local wines.

Cancellation by 15 February 2026
75% refund of full payment minus JPY 15,000,- processing fee per person
Cancellation by 15 March 2026
50% refund of full payment minus JPY 15,000,- processing fee per person
Cancellation after 15 March 2026 no refund
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing by the person who made the original booking
In case of force majeure, travel restrictions by WHO or the respective country: full refund minus JPY 15,000,- per person processing fee
The event will be organized in case of minimum 50 participants.
