The theme this time is Portugal and Japan. As already announced, the World Wine Knights Convention hosted by F.I.C.B. (World Wine Federation) will be held in Oporto, Portugal from May 27, 2023. This time, I would like to focus on Portuguese cuisine and wine, which have been interacting with Japan since the Middle Ages. We will also prepare one item of "Japanese wine" which is the theme of our association. Our advisor, Haruo Kenmochi Master Sommelier will explain the wine, and Chairman Shoji Kinoshita will explain the World Championships of the Knights of Wine, so please join us. Participation fee 10,000 yen for members 13,000 yen for visitors

Bakalyau croquette octopus, onion and paprika salad, smelt escabeche (nanbanzuke)

We have Portuguese sparkling wine, 2 white wines, 1 red wine, 1 port wine, and 1 red wine.
4. Membership fee
Member 10,000 yen Visitor 13,000 yen
First-come-first-served basis. The membership fee will be collected at the restaurant reception on the day of the event.
Application deadline: May 6th (Friday), for cancellations after the application deadline
A cancellation fee may be incurred.
