This time's restaurant is Lart et Mikuni in Takebashi. This is an authentic French-Italian restaurant produced by chef Kiyomi Mikuni from Hokkaido.
We pair Japanese wine from Hokkaido with seasonal full-course meals.
On the day of the event, we will have a wine party after watching report videos of the Wine Knights World Congress held in Portugal this year and winery tours in the Tokachi region.

当日は、今年ポルトガルで行われたワイン騎士団世界大会や十勝地方を巡るワイナリーツアーのレポート動画などご覧いただいたのちワイン会を行います。
