The theme this time is Portugal and Japan.
As already announced, International Congress of Wine Brotherhoods hosted by F.I.C.B. (World Wine Federation) will be held in Oporto, Portugal from May 27, 2023.
This time, I would like to focus on Portuguese cuisine and wine, which have been interacting with Japan since the Middle Ages. We will also prepare one item of "Japanese wine" which is the theme of our association.
Our advisor, Haruo Kenmotsu, Master Sommelier will explain the wine, and Chairman Shoji Kinoshita will explain the International Congress of the Knights of Wine, so please join us.
